I was served papers to appear on an emergency ex parte' hearing for a judgement he filed. This man doesn't pay attention to details he told me to appear at court in another county at 1:30. When I called in to ask a question about phone in appearance they informed me that there were no cases being heard at 1:30 my case was being heard at 8:30! Which was in 15 min. Wow I can't even afford an attorney but at least I don't have this one. This is not the only thing I found wrong with this case.

Mr. Kensik handled my divorce from start to finish. He was recommended to me by a friend who had engaged him for her divorce and was pleased with his service for her. Mr. Kensik first reviewed all the facts in my case and gave me recommendations to help me prepare. He gave me a list of pertinent documents I needed to gather, and went through the documents and made copies and submitted them. He properly filed the required court documents. When my wife fired her attorney and we decided to hire a divorce mediator, he helped me chose one. He worked in close coordination with the mediator, and reviewed the resulting agreement with me. Finally, he set up the court hearing date and we had a very short hearing, followed by a final decree. I felt that he was a very competent divorce lawyer who had done a good job.

Mr Kensik has supported me through a complicated family law case. Throughout the case, Mr Kensik has always listened carefully and fully understood the details of the case. Mr Kensik is knowledgable about family law and committed to best serving the needs of his clients. He is trustworthy, reliable and kind and I would highly recommend him as a family law attorney.

I have worked on several cases with Mr. Kensik and have referred clients to him as well. He is a skilled family law attorney who strives to settle cases and in the few instances that the cases do not settle, is an excellent trial attorney. Mr. Kensik understands the financial implications of divorce and I highly recommend his services.

Kevin has been great as our lawyer for many years in dealing with our business affairs. Always been able to contact, and get all the needed information regarding business at hand. He has been compassionate understanding and forthcoming which makes the process less stressful.

So...I had to move very fast to obtain a restraining order against my ex. The person went nuts on me...
Kevin requested me to provide him with the necessary proof to justify my request. So, I shared with him emails, txts, pictures of the damage to my property. This was good enough to get my petition approved in no-time. He walked me through the process, with transparency, with the pros and cons. I am not american and the legal system is still new to me, still he had the patience to explain how things work.
My case is now resolved, however if I ever have to deal with something, I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again. He get's it done, keeps you inform and will tell you what could be done or not.
Thank you Kevin!

Mr. Kensik is the most professional and respectful lawyer I have ever met. He took my custody case that other attorneys were unable to handle and took care of everything that I asked him to. He was honest with me and listened to me. I am forever in debt for him helping me with my custody case so I have more time with my daughter. Thank you.

I was on the tail end of my divorce proceedings and had to get another lawyer. I used Kevin based on a recommendation and was very pleased. He got up to speed quickly and knew what I needed to get done. The time frame I presented was tight, but he managed to get it all done.

I came to Mr. Kensik on a recommendation from a friend. He handled my case well and kept me informed. The overall case took longer than I had anticipated, but I don't think that was his fault. I would probably recommend him to someone with a difficult case, particulary involving business assets.

Doesnt pay attention to details, doesnt listen to his clients, and doesnt understand what the client is asking for. No negotiation skills and will cave when up against a stronger lawyer.
The final agreement I received, after a year on this case was something that a paralegal should have drafted. It was literally cut and pasted from a custody evaluator's recommendation, with a few minor changes. For the amount of money I paid, I should have gotten almost everything that I advised Mr. Kensik was non-negotiable... I got none of what was discussed with Mr. Kensik.
I am also still finding things in the "cut and paste" agreement that show Mr Kensik didnt pay attention to what was written. Because of Mr. Kensik's inability to pay attention to the details of the written recommendation, I was given horrible advise during a court hearing, which ended up allowing me to give away precious weekend time with my children.
Also had to deal with many administrative errors, like wrong name on a wage assignement order that took over 2 months to correct.
