    Hired attorney

We hired Mr. Provinziano through my work. My fiancé is going through a child custody/move away case. We have hired 3 lawyers in the past with little to no results from them. We gathered evidence and did all the work for our previous lawyers and still got us no where. One of them basically told us to give up the kids and accept the move. It was heartbreaking. The first time my fiancé and I talked to Mr. Provinziano he sounded like a very genuine person. The past lawyers we had sounded like...well like lawyers (Ruthless, greedy, and not caring whatsoever) He definetly made a good impression on us and did great in court last week! He knew the law very well. With trial coming up we feel that we are in good hands with him.

I am very thankful to Atty. Provinziano and his associates for taking on my case. He coached me on how to properly respond to the PPA (parenting plan assessment) evaluator. Due to his expertise and diligence, I was granted joint physical and legal custody of my son. I would highly recommend Atty. Provinziano to all parents who are seeking help for custody battle. He is very kind, sincere and experienced family lawyer that you can trust.

Solution - Early termination of probation. Domestic Violence - Case Dismissed. Resolution with Homeland Security when surrounded by 5 guards when returning from vacation. Almost did not get back into country . All due to marital issues and a dismissed case . Clets order dismissed my name was in police computers nationwide. Mr. Provinziano solved this issue. Messy Divorce - Solution - Court ordered Mediation trying to settle divorce outside of Court. Amazing. Give a challenge to Mr. Provinziano and he will solve it for you in a professional manner. He cares about me as his client. His office staff treats me with courtesy. I respect Mr. Provinziano. The impossible is possible with Mr. Provinziano. Difficult legal issues and very emotional scary time for me. Mr. Provinziano solved all these complex issues. He is still working on my divorce case and will be tenacious until favorable outcome is settled for his client.!!!!

Mr. Provinziano was instrumental in helping my son get sole legal and physical custody of our grandchild. Judges are understandably very reluctant to give custody to the father for a child that was only 3 years old at the time. Mr. Provinziano worked with us and private investigators to get the necessary evidence to convince the judge that living with the mother was detrimental to the child's health and safety. This was not a simple process and required many appearances in court and legal maneuvers over a period of time to finally prevail with the judge. It also involved several emergency orders from the judge to get temporary custody of the child before the judge made a final decision. Mr. Provinziano was very responsive when time was of the essence. I am pleased to recommend him for any family law related legal needs.

Mr. Provinciano was a horrible attorney and did absolutely nothing for me during my divorce. We were going back and forth in court wasting time on stupid issues in court instead of dealing with the issues at hand. Ww received a sanction from the court becausw he DID NOT get my paperwork over to the opposing side on time. He DID NOT do tje job he promised he would do! He is a fraud and NEVER truly fouggt for me in court! On top of that, he charged me for opening my emails, stamps, copies that I made and paid for!.
On top of that he overcharged me on everything when I did most of the work for my attorney. He was a waste of time and money I didn't have!!! He didn't even help me get divorced nor was he able to prove anything on the opposing side!!!!

I am pleased to say that I am more than satisfied with Mr. Alphonse F. Provinziano. He assisted me with my pre nup. He was able to work on my prenup in a quick, and very efficient manner and he really took the stress out of me. Also, he was very easily accessible in person, by phone or by email. I liked the fact that he continuously communicated with me by e-mail and kept me updated regarding my case. It was very easy to get a hold of him. Over all, Mr. Provinziano provided me with such a great customer service, and not to mention he was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him so look no further.

Upon receiving court paperwork in an extremely short notice, we contacted Mr. Provinziano for his professional experience and legal opinion. After speaking with him and feeling extremely confident that we had found someone who truly had our best interest at heart we decided to acquire his services. Note this was on a Friday evening and our court hearing was only three weeks away, with that said Mr. Provinzianzo worked very diligently through the weekend keeping us informed and in contact via text, emails and phone. The following weeks after we initially hired his services Mr. Provinziano and his associates provided us with excellent customer service by timely responding to all of our phone calls, e-mails, etc. We were extremely happy with knowing we could contact our attorney via text messages and phone calls which he would answer right away. The day before our court hearing we were contacted by Mr. Provinziano's associate and were briefed of what was to come the next morning in court. We were extremely nervous for this court hearing but after speaking to Mr. Provinziano's associate we felt completely relieved and at ease. Just having that peace of mind for such a life changing event the day before was completely heart warming. In our court hearing they were able to get the other side’s case dismissed, which gave us a superior bargaining position. We were then able to have the upper hand and negotiate an amicable agreement with the other party. Mr. Provinziano was able to accomplish a difficult task in our case, in such a short time frame. we are so pleased with the services we received from Mr. Provinziano and his associates that we highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of an excellent legal team to work for them and have their best interest at hand. We are living proof of his excellent and professional services that is backed by his many years of legal experience, as we were able to get a successful outcome in our case.

Alphonse Provinziano and his awesome team provided me with excellent service that ended with two of my cases, a DUI and felony resisting arrest charge, being completely dropped! Al devised a unique plan by writing a letter to the DA's office with evidence of my character and a strong case for my future. His strong words and ardent fervor convinced the district attorney and today I thank Al for making the future I want still a possibility. I would recommend Al to anyone who wants success in the courtroom.

  • GOOD FATHER SHOULD COUNT

I am the father of two son's 13 and 11 and they are a true Blessing. I grown up with out a father and being my son's dad is most important to me. I have been married for 16 and a half years, and my wife became unhappy being married to me I had not cheated nor been abusive, but she filed for divorce a week after she left, me and our sons. My hope is she would come home but that dose not seem likely. My greatest fear was that she would get custody of our boys, because i believe they would be care for best by me, I felt she was about getting as much money from me as she possibly could. She informed me she wanted to leave 10 years ago, (wanted to wait for the 10 year period because the financial part of the Calf. Law would kick in.) I have always felt father's were not fairly represented in the court room, but much to my surprise Attorney Alphonse was able to get me primary custody of my sons and child support which lowered my spousal support payment. Now my attorney and I are preparing for the last chapter and I pray I will still be able to build a future for my sons when I am no longer with them. I'am 60 years old and I have worked hard to plan for the future of my wife and sons when I am no longer with them a bad divorce could have a great effect on those plans. but i have confidence in my attorney to do his best for my sons and I. I do pray for wife that she will see the harm she is doing to herself and our family. I would like to touch basic with my attorney more often/but at the same time it may not be needed if nothing is going on. my court date has been postpone.

  • Unresponsive, Distant, and In the End, Unhelpful - Representation for Redlight Traffic Camera Violation

This is the only negative review I've ever written about service I received (Bullets below). I hired Al Provinziano's firm to represent me in a red light traffic camera violation I received in Beverly Hills. During our first call, Al was super friendly, informative, supportive, and helpful, detailing a 95% success rate with either having the fine reduced and no points on the driver's license, or dismissal of the case in circumstances like mine. Honestly, the fact that he couldn't meet these lofty expectations isn't why I'm giving a poor review, but for the reasons below:

    - Case extended multiple times, stretching 10 months past date of offense.
Maybe this is normal, but being on the hook for 10 months with my first offense like this and a fine as as big as the city of Los Angeles was willing to give is tough when....

    - He and his office were nearly completely unresponsive during this time.
At this point, per procedures of his office, I had paid the $300 retainer fee for his services, which were to be detailed and agreed upon in a contract. I reached out continuously by email and phone for months and months after paying the fee but neither he or his office would provide the contract to me. Emails were always disregarded, and so I would call in and speak to his receptionist (very cordially), who would promise I could expect the contract within the week but I never received it. It wasn't until a 5 weeks before the trial that I finally received the contract. I guess making your client wait 9 months is normal..

    - I didn't even know they were going to show up until 5 minutes before the trial began.
I was told 3 days before the trial I needed to be there in person. I was originally under the impression that "representation" will represent you in your physical absence. I was then told the court changed the rules and I needed to attend - fair enough. So I showed up, 20 minutes early, and couldn't find Al anywhere (nor was I told where I could find him). I emailed him, and eventually called his office asking when/if he was coming, and was told that it would be one of his associates. I finally found the guy 5 min before trial. I was kind of nervous big time given this was my first ever appearing in court, so from a personal/comfort side of things, this really didn't make me feel like I hired support that cared much about making me feel protected.

    - Finally, I basically got myself off the hook.
We got in there, basically I was guilty (again I'm ok with that and knew it, but was hoping/expecting the possibility of a reduction in the fine or potential dismissal), but the lawyer while up in front representing me just turned around and looked at me and shrugged... Like "I dunno, sorry bro!". The whole time I was in the court room, everyone in attendance also on trial for red light traffic violations were trying to collude and come up with a strategy to fight the judge and everyone could be victorious and get off the hook. Truthfully, this wasn't going to happen. We were guilty. So this entire time, I sat quietly, was wearing a suit while the others were in casual wear or pajamas, and when my time came to speak, the judge commended me attitude and behavior, and offered me traffic school to have the points removed from my license and community service to avoid the fine. Long story short, being well dressed and polite and courteous that day is what provided the ruling I received.

Final point, Al's team can be trusted to show up, they're experienced with these cases, but they can't do more than you can in the court room. Most of all, you can't expect responsiveness or that they will comfort you if you're nervous during the process. I don't recommend them and believe you're better off well dressed and well mannered. What could've been over in month lasted 10 and cost $300 more than it should
