UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED AND PROVIDED ABSOLUTELY POOR SERVICES: I've been a member of the association with which Mathew L. May is employed for over 14 years. This is the FIRST time I've ever felt SADLY disappointed, even insulted, by an attorney's lack of communication and customer service abilities for a customer. My benefits package provides me with legal letters when requested and he actually stated, quote: "I need to tell you now that you're going to be disappointed by the letter I'm going to write for you..." He wasn't even aware of the important dates in which my case involved (ie, he didn't really read the many documents I'd provided him). This was after I'd WAITED FOR 2 MONTHS for this letter..." He almost always interrupted me with short comments revealed by his short and rude mannerisms. What a major disappointment...
