Jerk. Plain and simple word to describe him. He was rude, condescending, and worst of all, I was appalled at how many mistakes he made; and I quickly dropped him.
The guy was an embarrassment and a waste of my time. I'm surprised a firm would employee him if what he provided for me was typical.

Marcus Bastida has been advising me on my documentary film project for almost a decade, and I've found his advice to be very solid and helpful. Anyone working on a documentary film project is probably on a tight budget, yet needs good legal advice, so I highly recommend to my filmmaker friends that they sign up with Parker Stanbury and utilize his services.

I went to him for a simple consultation. Seems like a start-up attorney just filling in time. Not helpful unfortunately. I didn't feel like I could trust him to represent me since he barely cared to listen to me.

I have been dealing with Mr. Bastida on a legal matter. I regard people very highly for their profession. When I asked Marcus questions he was very condescending and belittling. Every time I asked him a question he would repeat my question back to me as if "do you hear how dumb your questions are?" He even raised his voice to me when he misunderstood what I wanted to do. Every time we talked it was an unpleasant and he sounded bothered. I would not recommend him....too many lawyers out there to put up with kind of character

Marcus represented me on throughout the production on my independent film. He was there for me every step of the way. He also helped with negotiating for the music as well as the sale of my movie to an independent film channel.
