This attorney is not only one of the most brilliant attorneys I've ever met, but a really really good person. If you review his experience, his involvement with various committees, it's evident that Mr. Millar is the leader in his field.

I endorse this lawyer for a number of reasons. He and I are on the Tax Law Advisory Committee for the State Bar's Taxation Law Specialists and I know that he is well versed in tax law as I have worked with him in producing the 2011 Tax Specialization Law Examination. My firm presents free/low cost CLE/CPE to the public which is tax based. Mr. Millar was a guest speaker December 2010 and the attendees expressed a wish to have had Mr. Millar's lecture onvideo. No speaker has ever drawn such an enthusiastic request from our attendees which are normally subdued. Mr. Millar is well versed in the intracasies of Federal Bank reporting requirements for overseas holdings as well as the more complex and expanded requirements which were introduced in 2011. He has lectured on LLC's and chapter S corporations for the California State Bar's Annual Tax meeting. He has a dry sense of humor, is easy to work with, and friendly.
