About Me

I joined the Los Angeles office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP in February 2000.  My practice is focused on advising employers in various aspects of human resources and employee relations, employee handbooks and personnel policies, discipline and termination decisions, position statements and internal investigations, including leave of absence issues, and compliance with state and federal employment laws. I also have extensive employment litigation experience in California and Federal court, involving wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment claims.
