I am a tenant's rights lawyer.  Most of my cases involve wrongful evictions, violations of the Ellis Act, gender, age and disability discrimination, and  landlords who do not take care of their properties. Many of my cases involve wrongful acts by mobile home parks against their tenants and homeowners.  I also defend unlawful detainer (eviction) cases.  I am particularly interested in tenant's rights cases that involve violations of the California and federal Constitutions.

I do not represent landlords, ever.  I do not even represent my friends who are landlords, because I feel conflicted representing the "other side."  

I also take cases involving non-rental housing law, including equity theft.
