    Very pleased with outcome

I felt very comfortable with the entire experience. Very professional and on top of everything. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends and family.

makes the impossible very possible! !

Brian was able.to get my Felony drunk driving hit and run dismissed and now I'm eligible for all my licensing for my work to be approved and also I am eligible to become an American citizen. My irresponsibility had caused me much heart ache but Brian Lerner made this possible. He is precise and very knowledgeable in Law!!

    Deportation

I had a deportation order many years ago and nobody could help me. The Law Offices of Brian Lerner was able to get the deportation order lifted and I fought my case again in court and won. Now I have my Green card and 3 US children. I would recommend this firm.

    Gambling people's lives

Me and my family retained Mr. Lerner to work on our cases, 4 different cases. His staff is absolutely rude, unhelpful, disrespectful and incompetent. They take forever to do the most simple forms, make all sorts of mistakes. If you want to gamble your money and situation, go ahead and hire him. If you prefer a realistic and helpful attorney, I'd recommend you to look for another one. The office charges all sorts of hidden fees and does nothing to help you once you pay them. They are very effective calling you up to 5 times a day asking for payment, but when you need answers on your case, everyone disappears.
Very, very, very disappointed. Expensive and not trust worthy.

    perception

it's the worst decision made to consider said law firm to handle my immigration concern. I was awaiting the decision of my petition when I approached the said firm. I spoke with Brian Lerner then. He checked the status of my case and were advised that my priority date is current . He said that it is a critical situation that have to be attended to and would I not be familiar with it, I will end up losing the opportunity. To handle my case,we agreed on the amount. The options is to either pay the amount in full and immediately start filing my case or to pay it in couple of months and file after the full amounts were settled. Worried, I consider the first option and pay the full amount on the spot. To my dismay, I would not recommend said option or even recommend the firm because said firm is slow in delivery of the services expected. I made a lot of calls before a staff were assigned to handle my needs. The staff were not versed with some important immigration terms and are not too attentive that if you already been with USCIS website and are familiar with terms, how the case should go or prosper, you will feel so much disappointments. And though the supporting documentation were already submitted to them, Urgency of the situation is not theirs as it took them almost six(6) months to file a case which can be filed immediately or atleast within a maximum one(1) month frame. Plus when they filed, the documentation where incomplete that when USCIS requested you to provide, the law firm will charge you another USD750.00 to submit to USCIS. Initially, because I know that said document was already been submitted to the law firm for filing, I thought the USCIS just want a re submission of the documentation but that is not what I learned during my interview at USCIS. I found out that the document were not really submitted by the firm . Anyways, if you need a lawyer to address your concern, i would recommend that you go somewhere else as the firm is not a place to go to trust.

THE WORST SERVICE I EVER COULD HAVE IMAGINED $7000 WASTED

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS "LAW FIRM"
This Law firm DID NOTHING FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. They were paid over $4000 in fees for their services which included NOTHING MORE THAN FILING OUT FORMS. This amount did not include the fees paid the Government to doctors ETC.
I could have filled out the documents myself however we retained The offices of Brian Lerner for management and guidance and received neither. This resulting in my wife having to return to Argentina and we have to restart to process again .

Mr. Learner is the best lawyer

I was subject to be deported in 2005, but the i was granted for with-holding, which means I can be removed anytime in future. After consulted with many attonies without any successful, I was luck found Mr. Learner, he helped me to obtained my permanent resident back and getting US citizen (taking oath this week). My finally say "I am free". To me if Mr. Learner cannot help you the no one can. Thank you Mr. Learner for everything, you have brought the happiness to me and my family.

    Professional and Helpful

Brian Lerner helped us through our immigration application process. He is very knowledgeable, and explained every step of the application in a clear and concise manner; and he kept us informed throughout the application process. It was great to have him guide us through what certainly was an anxious period in our lives.

    Very professional and highly recommended

Mr. Lerner and his group of professionals helped me when no other attorney would. I was detained by ICE and was facing deportation in 2011. My case was difficult to handle, yet their patience and tenacity kept me in the US with my family. Thanks to Mr. Lerner and his staff I have been a permanent resident for well over a year and I'm looking forward to becoming a naturalized citizen.
