A DUI with a crash would normally have the prosecutor seek jail time. Don't simply focus on the worst case scenario. Consult a local attorney and get help.
It all depends on the employer and what their criteria for employment is. You should definitely look into obtaining an expungement once your probation is over.

called a live scan done and have that certified ....submit a letter of explanation to wherever you apply this should not prevent you.
