    1st time DUI. I was advised not apply for the unemployment benefits because it may have an adverse effect on my former employer references when asked for. Entire time of my employment ( 2 years ) I had no problems whatsoever with my employer.

    You need to consult an attorney in your state about putting in a motion to withdraw plea if it is warranted i.e. ineffective assistance of counsel.

    Do not speak with a detective that is investigating they are not completely honest. You need to consult an attorney in Nevada that will take care of your case is familiar with the courts.

    I can't imagine you and your brother having the same fingerprints. Therefore you should get what is
    called a live scan done and have that certified ....submit a letter of explanation to wherever you apply this should not prevent you.
