Eric V. - Spousal Abuse Felony

Description: Eric V called me in a panic regarding his situation. Him and his boyfriend had gotten into an argument on the freeway and pulled over. After getting out of the car, Eric and his boyfriend had allegedly hit one another and each were charged with spousal abuse, Eric with a Felony and his boyfriend with a Misdemeanor. After explaining to the DA that the victims cannot also be the the suspects against one another the prosecution agreed that this was a mutual combat situation.
