Greetings! I am Jonathan L. Kramer, Esq., J.D., LL.M., a telecommunications law attorney licensed in California and New Mexico. I head Telecom Law Firm, P.C., a four attorney law firm focused on wireless and broadband telecom matters, from site leasing to enforcement, and from ordinance development to policy creation.
I hold five FCC licenses, as well as a CSLB C7 license. I hold multiple certifications from the SCTE. Jonathan is KTLF's founder and principal attorney. He has over 30 years of wireless and cable television telecommunications technology engineering and management experience.
Holder of the highest-grade FCC land-based commercial and amateur radio licenses, as well as the FCC's highest grade marine radio maintainer's license, Jonathan has also been licensed as a telecommunications contractor in California for over 25 years. He's member of the State Bar of California and the United States District Court (C.D. CA), as well as the Federal Communications Bar Association and the International Municipal Lawyers Association.
