James W. Spertus is an experienced trial attorney who has been litigating cases in federal and state courts for more than 22 years.  He has tried dozens of cases to favorable jury verdicts and has successfully argued numerous appeals in federal and state courts.  Mr. Spertus is a former federal prosecutor who spent nearly eight years as a criminal trial attorney for the Department of Justice handling a wide variety of fraud, narcotics and major crimes cases.  Mr. Spertus has successfully defended dozens of cases in federal and state courts, and has obtained remarkable outcomes for his clients.
