Maria Cecilia Amo

The first Filipino-American attorney to be hired at the prestigious firm of Atty. Johnnie L. Cochran, Jr., Atty Amo handles elder abuse, products liability, and catastrophic personal injury cases. Ms. Amo is a member of the Board of Governors for the Philippine American Bar Association of Los Angeles (PABA) and also writes a "Know Your Rights" column (appearing in Fil-Am newspapers such as Ang Peryodiko) to help educate the Fil-Am community about their consumer, employment, and civil rights.
