Ann and her Team did an amazing job in representing me both effectively and professionally. Her communication style is very direct and plain language which made working with her easy and efficient. Ann was encouraging with her advice while still being respectful of my wishes. Ann and her team were extremely responsive to returning calls and answering emails. I felt very comfortable being represented by Attorney Ann Kolber as I knew she would fight and succeed in my Child Custody Case. She is a talented and professional attorney who takes each case to heart.
I highly recommend Ann and her Team
I just wanted to post a review and I was so surprised to see what seemed to be what very clueless person wrote about Ann Kolber! My wife and I have been working with Ann and her great staff on a very stressful custody case. NEVER was she rude to us. As professionals , we realize that sometimes calls do get returned late in the day- so what? I'm lucky if my doctor even has his staff return a call ever. We are glad we hired Ann and feel very comfortable. My case is still going on, so I will post this review anonymously.
I retained Ann to evict a hostile tenant. After gathering all the facts, She went right to work. Her Staff kept Me informed along the way..The case went to Hearing, and it was obvious to Me, Ann had done Her homework. Justice prevailed! Thank you Ann, Kim, and Joanne for a job well done. As a Landlord for 25 years, I highly recommend.
What horrible administration of this law firm. I paid $200.00 for consultation, $100.00 for a letter that was sent to my tenant and that's all. I asked what the next step would be and I was told to contact the office for the contract to retain services. I was sent the contract late in the evening so of course unable to ask questions because of time. They had a habit of answering back at the end of the day when they're about to close. The office girl emails me the contract and states sign it and return it back to the office. Part of the contract wants you to give them cart blance with a credit card and leave it open so they can access it when they need to charge you. It's a 13 page contract and it was confusing, so of course I had questions. I emailed back stating I'm not signing a contract without explanation of it, could you please accommodate my wife and I to come in and get some answers. I called on a Friday to ask if they could get us in later that day, of course, no can do. So I called another firm, explained my situation and they said we can squeeze you in in the afternoon. Very nice.
So now it's Monday, and I call this firm again, the attorney answered the phone, so ask if she could explain explain the contract if I set up an appointment, of course she says she doesn't know why because the contract is so self explanatory. Right! She rudely puts me on hold while I'm talking to her, then the office girl picks up and asks what I need. I said, didn't the attornet tell you why I called? Nope... awesome, so I asked if I'm going to be charged for the attorney explaining the contract... yup... they want $225 for this. So bottom line, it's pretty shady that they want you to sign a contract with an open end credit card, and then want to charge you $225 to explain it to you.
I am a News Anchor/Reporter for a local television affiliate. I have used Ann as a legal expert on real estate matters in some of my on-air reports. Her knowledge related to foreclosure, eviction and homeowner rights proved invaluable during the Nevada housing crisis. I will no doubt be calling on her expertise again.
I have worked with Ann for more than 10 years and have witnessed her dedication to her clients and the caring and expertise she utilizes to represent them. Because of this, I have relied upon her for assistance with my own personal matters on more than one occasion and have always been happy with her guidance. I have also referred friends to her who were also very satisfied with the results they received. Ann is sincere and honest and if I again have the need for a family law attorney, she is the one I will call.
I have never meet or heard of an attorney who was always treated me with the respect that Ann Kolber did. Most lawyers seem to think that you are beneath them. My meetings and calls were almost like talking to a friend. I also was very impressed with her friendly staff.
When I was referred to Ann Kolber my life was a mess. My wife and I were married for over 25 years.
Then out of the blue my wife wants a divorce. Ms Kolber and her office staff handled my case in the most professional manner, returned phone calls, emails, etc.
I would definitely recommend this firm.
Ann Kolber has been there for my family on several instances. Not only is she a professional with high standards and immense knowledge, but also she treats everyone with respect and courtesy. I would recommend her to all!
Ann Kolber is an excellent attorney! In a town not known for its intellectual capacity, she is incredibly bright, knowledgeable, and committed to her clients. I am an attorney myself, from Boston, where the legal profession is highly respected. Ann Kolber is just as capable (or even more) then my colleagues back east. I am so glad I found her! She went beyond a fair settlement and exceeded all of my goals. She made a potentially painful process very comforting. Thanks for all you do!
