Michael returned my call, reviewed my case and gave some great advice. I lastly had him review a contract which only took him a couple of days. Thanks a bunch! I ended up not having to go to court and got a lot more out of my wrongful termination than I had anticipated. If an employer promises you the world, gets you to quit another job and screws you over.....it's no longer at will employment. It's called Promissory Estoppel -- At will no longer applies and they cannot terminate you and cause you harm. Know your rights in Nevada and that At-Will doesn't mean they aren't at fault for the harm they have caused you. Take them to court (or threaten to) and document what you were promised (emails, verbal conversations) and the harm they caused you by you believing in them.

Attorney Michael Balaban took my case even when one of the advertised "high-flying premier" Las Vegas employment lawyers had turned me down, twice. Attorney Michael Balaban also worked with me to reduce costly initial consultation fees. Aside from charging for nominal expenses to file a lawsuit in court, Attorney Michael Balaban took the case on a contingency basis and kept me informed with emails, phone calls, and voicemails. The case was settled to my complete satisfaction. Attorney Michael Balaban is a fighter for the rights of those who have been discriminated against, even in the face of seemingly insurmoutable odds. I would use Attorney Michael Balaban's services again if I was ever discriminated against by any employer or any prospective employer.
