Troy Atkinson is an AV Preeminent rated litigator in the areas of personal injury, business litigation, and real estate.
After graduating from the University of San Diego School of Law, Troy returned to his hometown of Las Vegas and began working at McCormick, Barstow, Sheppard, Wayte, and Carruth focusing his practice on insurance defense and business litigation. Troy later joined the law firm of Snell & Wilmer where his business litigation practice included representing major financial institutions in foreclosure litigation.
Prior to founding Atkinson & Watkins, Troy worked as a sole practitioner – Law Office of Troy Atkinson, PLLC – where he used his experience representing banks to help homeowners with negative equity in their properties.
As a managing partner of Atkinson & Watkins, Troy continues to represent homeowners burdened with negative equity properties. Troy also uses his experience as an insurance defense attorney to maximize compensation for persons injured in motor vehicle accidents, premise liability, and dangerous products.
