About Me

For 15 years now, I have focused my practice primarily on probate and trust litigation.  I have represented heirs, beneficiaries, creditors and fiduciaries in matters affecting all aspects of trusts and estates. I also represent and assist personal representatives in handling all aspects of the administration of probate and trust estates. I have experience in handling all aspects of litigation in the state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate level, including case assessment, motion practice, hearings, discovery, depositions, trial, settlement conferences, mediations and appeals.

Our firm is dedicated to providing legal counsel for those facing disputes arising out of trust and estate matters in Nevada.  We are a boutique law firm that offers a vast range of legal services primarily relating to trusts and estates. Our clients can expect to receive hands-on treatment from our lawyers, as well as individualized attention. We have been successful in reaching settlements through negotiations, as well as in the courtroom. The approach we take to resolving your issue will be fit to meet your particular legal needs.
