During my 26 years as an attorney in Las Vegas, I have successfully represented clientele in multiple scenarios. My clients are primarily individuals and small businesses in real estate and commercial transactions and litigation. I diligently represent buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
I also represent lenders and borrowers in the negotiation, documentation and closing of commercial and residential real estate transactions by deploying a variety of financing tools and instruments. These include all types of traditional loans and collateral, as well as creative lending arrangements, such as the All-Inclusive Trust Deed (known as an "AITD" and "Wrap") and land sale (installment) contracts.
I assist lenders, as well as distressed borrowers, and know the laws and dynamics of foreclosure, short sale, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure, deficiency actions, lien priorities, workouts, mechanic liens, title matters, repossession and short sales.
I carry out clients' strategies with corporations and limited liability companies (LLC), as well as other business organizations and asset protection and estate planning methods, such as wills and trusts. I have successfully represented individual heirs, administrators and trustees in trust and estate administration both in and out of probate court.
Currently, I represent an intriguing business, Energy System Nevada, LLC (ESN). ESN owns the patent to game changing technology we expect will revolutionize oil and gas drilling. I assisted in the formation and our law firm serves as general counsel for ESN. It owns the intellectual property rights to a unique, safer, environmentally friendly and money saving method and tool for surface (above ground) blowout prevention (BOP) on land-based oil rigs.
I have served as an Arbitrator with the Clark County Eighth Judicial District Court Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program. I enjoy volunteering on pro bono legal matters and further benefit the community via several volunteer and fund raising avenues.
I devote my utmost and personal attention, effort and professionalism to each client.

I endorse Paul, his commitment to his clients and cases is superior to any other attorney I have encountered in Las Vegas. He is passionate about the law and passionate about his clients' legal matters. Paul has negotiated a multitude of real estate transactions and workouts from small residential to large scale commercial. What sets him apart from any other lawyer is that he exerts 110% effort no matter the size of the case or the income level of his client.
