    Yes. you may sue and you may win. If you have damages you may even win money. You need to have been damaged for suing to make economic sense.

    Yes. But courts often refuse to get involved in the internal affairs of religions. You may well have your law suit dismissed because you are asking for the court to get involved in a religion's internal affairs.

    The judge is supposed to make the decision impartially. This is called due process and is the basis for our entire trial system.

    Yes, especially if the reports contain information about prospective litigation. Are you seeking to get these items by way of court process? If not it is unlikely you will get them whether they have been retained or not.

    Yes, but a sanction is unlikely. The thing to do is bates stamp and submit a new set of documents.

    Yes, you can be sued. You are in a complicated situation and you need a lawyer even if you can not afford one. A public defender is not available in these circumstances.
