I called Mr. Willick simply to ask him a question. He responded immediately and helped me on the spot. Impressive!!

Willick law group team truly worked hard to settle my case with the "other party"in order to save me money instead of dragging the case to make money (and it was a fact I noticed as a client) ...unfortunately" the other part" chose to take the case for further litigations ...outcome was very satisfying and positive .

Dear Deisy Martinez,
I am writing heartfelt thanks to you and the rest of the staff at Willick who helped me wade through the Federal Gov't morass of do's and don't do's. Late last week I received word that I was granted Spouse Equity by the feds at OPM. This is a tremendous relief to me. I am a currently healthy cancer survivor, but because of breast cancer discovered that I was pretty much uninsurable any other way. The thrift savings plan was divided, the pension was divided, and the opportunity to pay my premiums and keep my health insurance permanently came through as well. My negotiations with the office of Personnel Management took more than a year.
Thank you very much for providing personal assistance when I was frustrated beyond belief in my attempts to communicate with OPM. Thank you, too, for communicating accurately with my divorce lawyer and explaining the very precise wording required on the divorce decree in order for me to qualify.

Our case was tricky. My husband and I were trying to get permission from my daughter's father to go sailing full-time, assuring him his visitation would not be affected. My daughter's father came back with papers to not only not give us permission to go, but stating he now wanted custody of her after 7 years of me having primary custody. Marshal and his team (Richard and Mary) were very thorough in their research, were always on top of things and kept lines of communication open with us. Marshal's knowledge of the law, tact demeanor and eloquence got us exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be happier. Thank you all so much!

The team was easy to work with, they have their systems down, they are fair and trustworthy, do not over charge you and try to stick in little fees. MOST IMPORTANTLY: They got the job done!

I divorced 7 years ago and did not realize until last year that my ex-husband's SPPCO retirement was not mentioned in our divorce. I was reluctant to hire an attorney after that length of time so I researched omitted assets and found that Marshal Willick is the foremost authority in the State of Nevada on this topic; no other attorney comes close. After reviewing my case with Mr. Willick I was confident of a favorable outcome; so I retained him. In only a matter of several months Mr. Willick was able to secure a QDRO; that assigned the omitted retirement benefits to me without the need of going to Court. The entire process went faster and cost less than I had anticipated. While it was not cheap; it was money well invested. The entire experience was far less stressful than I assumed it would be as well. I highly recommend the Willick Law Firm.

I hired Mr. Willick to assist me with a legal dispute. I was very pleased with how he and his associate handled my case. I was also very pleased with the outcome of my case. They got me all that I was entitled to and I am very grateful for everything they did for.
Mr. Willick is extremely knowledgeable; I would definitely recommend him to someone in need of legal assistance.
Thanks Willick Law Group for all your help!

Willick and his staff are the most knowledgeable attorney's in Nevada. They certainly are not the cheapest, but you pay for you get. Has handled every aspect of my case quickly and has gotten excellent results, especially since my husband had hired a true sleaze attorney that only wanted to run up costs.
If you have a complex problem in famil law, hire this firm.

He and his firm blew through my $15K retainer in no time flat without any tangible work product. Loved CCing my email to everyone in the office for extra billable hours for everyone, and showing up to hearings to have them continued or report that "negotiations were continuing" without any negotiations occurring at all (and billing for the time spent travelling to court, waiting, and a 10 minute appearance). Cannot warn anyone enough to stay away from this shark. Favorite story was paralegal talking about a case where 2 ex-wives were fighting over a deceased guy's pension and running up bills over $100K -- and the pension was worth less than that!

I just have to say that the Willick Law Group is the most professional group of people that I have ever worked with. When I say that, I don’t mean lawyers, I mean any business that I have ever had to conduct business with. The staff at WLG is very friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to take care of you. Some people complain about the cost of an attorney but I have to say that keeping my son has no price tag. You definitely get what you pay for and if you want the best, this is where you will find it. If you care about your family or children and you want to know that absolutely everything will be done to take care of them and your needs, Then the Willick Law Group is where you need to be. I want to thank the FAMILY at WLG for helping me keep mine together and safe. Thank You from the bottom of my heart, NTE.

So the first review I wrote was denied by Avvo. Not sure why since I just presented facts about this law firm. Then I thought that is surely why Mr. Willick doesn't have any reviews on here since they deny all the negative ones.
My issues with this law firm were:
Loosing documents not only once but multiple times.
Going to the courtroom unprepared, not knowing basics about my case when the judge asked.
If anyone does decide to go to Mr Willick like I did please keep in mind that Mr. Willick does not handle the cases himself, he hires lawyers right out of school to run the cases and really does not oversee them during the process. After 8 months of working with this law firm mr Willick still referred to my case as a divorce and it was a paternity case. Please have another legal professional read over the Agreement to hire attorney its written 100% to protect Mr. Willick. I hired Mr. Willick because I believe he has a wealth of experience and knowledge, I have read all his work and figured he was the lawyer for me. Unfortunately after time I realized completely inexperienced lawyers were handling my case and every time I would attempt to address my concerns to Mr. Willick he would side with his team and wouldn't be very concerned about his client. Why should he since he has a signed agreement that allows him to do anything. My case was to establish Paternity, child support visitation and attorney fees. Two hearings took place one 45 minutes and the other 2 hours. So less then 3 hours in courtroom and nearly $25000 in attorney fees.

I was hit by suprise by my Ex-wife 3 years after our divorce for a change in custody arrangements filled with false accusations. Mr. Willick's team immediately went into action for me. Their knowledge on family law is extensive and they even uncovered several mistakes made by opposing cousel. They even worked through difficult circumstances as I was on active duty with the military and out of state at the time. We were able to handle everything by phone and e-mail, even my appearance in court! They were able to explain all the details in layman's terms for me and, because of my military service (and the less than average income associated with that service), were able to keep my fees to a minimum while securing a significant victory for me and my family. The Willick Law group is a firm you want on YOUR side, and not one you ever want to go up against in court!

I have known Attorney Willick for many years, both as a colleague and as an opponent in several divorce cases. Approximately one year ago, I also became a client.
I was one of four attorneys involved in a complex divorce case. Two of us jointly retained Attorney Willick to advise the court on certain issues involving retirement benefits. As always, I was impressed with the excellent quality of his work. The Senior Judge assigned to the case openly expressed his gratitude for Attorney Willick's thorough and informative expert report.
Marshal Willick is regarded by both judges and attorneys as a leading authority in family law, pensions and retirement benefits. In addition to his extensive knowledge, he has a great sense of humor and is truly a pleasure to work with.

Mr. Willick is determined to fight for the rights of his clients and to see justice for both parties. His paralegals worked closely with me to keep me informed as well as to be very thorough in the accuracy of the information they had. My only concern arose after Mr. Willick's office had completed the case and the final order was mailed to me; there was not a willingness to go over the few questions that I had regarding that order. Mr. Willick is very knowledgeable and accurate and knows and understands the laws and how they apply to your case individually. All in all in was a great experience working with him and his office.

Marshal Willick have represented me in several occation and I honnestly don't think I have any word that would cover all he has done for my 9 year old son and I.
I am forever grateful and will recommand him and his team to anyone.
He is trustworthy, exstreamly knowledgable, fair and basically don't give up. He fights for his client with a dignity and grace, consistant and in a very clever way.
