My experience with this law office has been a very pleasant one. Phil and his team have been quick to respond, and they have guided me in the right direction to getting the preferred outcome I desired. Not only will they keep in touch over the phone but through emails as well. I'll admit the most nerve-racking part of my whole experience is waiting for Phil to represent me in court and having the DA look over my case.
If you are needing an attorney to represent you for an EDC related case, don't hesitate to contact this firm! I promise, you won't regret it!
Phil did a great job on my case. He got the charge dropped and took care of every little detail. I live out of state and Phil handled all my issues very professionally. Thank you Phil....you're the best.
Told him what I needed, got it done. The end. When no one else would attempt to. And for a better price. I wish I could actually put into words how good Phil and his entire staff are. Just A++++++++++++++
Knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, courteous, and prompt are just a few of the words that come to mind when thinking back on a very troubling time and work the Browns did to help our family. When vacationing in Vegas, our son called us from jail and told us of serious charges that had been made against him. The Browns acted immediately providing important information, advising us on what we could do to help, and assuring us they would work hard to get him out and back home. They did all of that and more.
I wanted a lawyer who truly knew his way around the DA's office, so when I saw Philip had previously worked there I knew I had to give him a call. All the other lawyers I spoke to were so passive: "Well, first you have to wait a few months for the court date, then we get the complaint/discovery and go from there." Philip made motions as soon as practicable to accelerate the process and negotiated very quickly and effectively, achieving the best result I could have hoped for - dismissal. Communication was excellent, and throughout the process he had great empathy. I am eternally grateful. You cannot go wrong with Philip.
Phil Brown's service was above and beyond my expectation! His knowledge and persistence helped me stay out of prison. Phil's reputation is top of the class! I literally owe Phil my life. Phil was able to get me probation when I was looking at Life in prison. I highly recommend Phil Brown and his Law Office to any individual looking for an AWESOME Defense lawyer. Thank you again Phil for everything we have accomplished together! I will definitely refer Phil Brown Law Offices to any and all people.
I would like to begin by saying “Thank you Mr. Brown” you were truly heaven sent. My son was charged with several counts of sexual assault, kidnapping, sex trafficking and assault; all against a minor and facing more than 100 years in prison. Mr. Brown fought vigorously for my son and was able to get him out on house arrest while fighting his case. Mr. Brown was able to get all of the charges dropped and plea bargained down to one charge. Instead of prison time, my son received probation and does not have any sexual charges on his record (which would have meant that he would have to register as a sex offender for the remainder of his life). One of the other traits that I love about Mr. Brown is that he always kept it 100% real. He didn’t sugar coat anything. He was always honest and straight forward. I am and will always be eternally grateful to Mr. Brown and his team. He is an amazing attorney who will fight for you. I highly recommend Mr. Brown for any case.
I found Phil Brown in the phone book, then looked up his web site. I called after hours and the secretary transferred me to Mr Brown immediately. Phil looked up the case on the computer and we scheduled appointment right away. When I came for the appointment next day, he already had all the information he needed to start. There is free parking right near the office, which is very different from other downtown locations where you first have to drive around looking for parking and then walk half a mile or more. I found it very convenient on the original and subsequent visits. Phil is very professional. After signing up for the case, he was on it within a couple of hours. He called me with information at the promised time. He did all the necessary work for the case in a timely way. I selected him based on his former experience as a prosecutor, as he knows both sides of law. He resolved the case very efficiently. When I attended the court hearing, I saw many lawyers representing their clients. Phil really stood out among them, as he was the best dressed person there. I assumed that all lawyers looked like that in a court room. In that particular courtroom he was the only one who looked like a proper lawyer as seen on TV. I saw other lawyers from the visitor's bench and their suits were not even ironed for work first thing in the morning. In addition to a very high level of professionalism, Phil is very personable; all my interactions were with him, not with secretaries or interns, as some other firms do. His wife Mary is also a lawyer; they share the office space. She is very personable too and has the same experience as Phil. If Mr Brown was unavailable, I would hire his wife, as her credentials are almost identical to her husband's.
They did a good job for my son. Charges were reduced and the fine was so reasonable. No community service and no suspension. My son was able to complete all requirements of his sentence in 2 weeks. I would recommend this attorney. My only issue, which is my own personal feeling, is that no Defense was ever discussed. Everything was predicated on a deal. Which in the end worked out but I would have liked to see an option for getting the case dismissed. But since it was for my son, I didn't say anything and trusted the Attorney, which was a smart thing to do.
I am a tourist in Las Vegas. If you want a top service lawyer I would go see Phil. I got myself in alot of trouble on the Strip and was charged with a felony. I spent days searching for the right guy to represent me. This lead me to Phil and Mary. They were upfront, told me exactly what to expect and when. He made no promises he couldnt deliver on. In the end Phil pushed my case urgently through the system, within two weeks from Start to finish he got my Felony Charges dismissed and I did not get convicted. Mary was right on top of her game, working late hours to make sure I was prepared for Court. First class result for a potential nightmare problem. I would thoroughly recommend them without any hesitation.
