Hello, My wife Sandie has a bad heart and had to resign her position at the Luxor hotel and was told by the doctor there was no reason she wouldn't qualify for Social Security Disability. She was denied and filled out a appeal and was denied again. The heart Dr said her heart was at 14% and had to have a transplant within 3 months and it had to be done in San Diego asap. Jennifer Montante handled all the hearings and meetings while Sandie was fighting for her life in San Diego UCSD and I was able to forward her with any information Jennifer asked for. When we finally came home for the first time in 3 months Jennifer Montante had won a favorable decision and had a very much needed check in Sandies hands that brought tears to her eyes, Thank you very much Jennifer for the help in a bad situation. Ms. Montante helped me with my Social Security Disability case. I would highly recommend her and would use her services again for other matters in the future. Jennifer was excellent in court and kept me informed about my case every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome on my case and I owe it all to her.

At the end of my rope, I sought out the help of Jennifer Montante to help me with my child custody / visitation case. My situation was unique and called for a lot of research and planning. Jennifer took the time to evaluate the case as a whole and did not give me false promises on the outcome. I was promptly informed of correspondence between her, the courts and the opposing party. Jennifer and / or her staff were prompt on returning phone calls or emails.
Many of nights I would email Jennifer about situations that were cause for concern to me and she never made me feel like my thoughts, opinions or ideas were irrelevant or nieve. She TRULY cared about the outcome of the case and what was best for my son.
In court, Jennifer was organized and agressive. My son's life was in good hands and forever will she hold a place in our hearts for the work she did in bettering our lives!!!
