Sean took my case ,which was anything but a sure thing. He never gave up, keeping me up to speed the entire way. Mr Phelan called routinley to keep me informed ,as well as to check on my health, and made himself availiable to me without wait any time I needed him. In the end, he won the case ( they settled).To be truthfull ,after reviewing all the facts, I dont think 95% of other attorneys would have gotten a settlement in a similar situation. Id recommend Sean to my family, and closest friends without hesitation. This is not only a great attorney ,but also a genuinly good guy.

Sean is an excellent lawyer. He represented my husband and myself on a car accident 3 years ago. He did such a wonderful job. I found myself in another car accident this past year and decided to use an other lawyer (we moved to Phoenix). Boy was that a mistake!!! I ended up calling Sean to help me with my current case and he helped me with out asking for anything in return! I would recommend Sean to anyone needing an attorney!!

The four excellent ratings in the categories are justly earned. Sean represented my family during a very difficult time when my father was taken from us in a tragic car accident. I live in Phoenix and my brother in Oakland. Even though I could not be in Prescott myself, Sean made me feel like I had someone with my best interests in mind. Several times dealing with grieving relatives and taking time from his days off to answer any question I had. I cannot begin to relate what a comfort it was knowing that we had Sean diligently following our case through all the steps from the initial meeting through the wrongful death investigations.
