MY EXPERIENCE WITH MR LAIRD WAS THE WORST I'VE EVER HAD WITH AN ATTORNEY,NOT ONLY DID HE LOOSE MY CASE.ONCE THE CASE WAS LOST HE TOTALLY DESERTED ME BECAUSE HE KNEW THEN THAT THERE WAS NOT GOING TO BE AN APPEAL,HOWEVER HE NEVER INFORMED ME OF THE FACT THAT JUDGE DISMISSED MY CASE WITH PREJUDICE,MEANING THAT I DID NOT HAVE A CHANCE TO EVEN APPEAL IT.INSTEAD HE KEPT TELLING ME THAT IF I DO DECIDE TO APPEAL HE WOULD NOT BE MY LAWYER,INSTEAD OF SAYING DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO APPEAL IT.HE HARPED ABOUT HOW MUCH MONEY HE HAD ALREADY PUT INTO THE CASE,WHICH I STILL TO THIS DAY CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW HE CAME TO THE AMOUNT HE SAID HE DID.THEN HE TRIED TO BLAME IT SOME PAST THINGS THAT HAPPENED IN MY LIFE, SAYING THAT I WOULD OF LOST ANYWAY WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING IF THEY WOULD OF EVEN BEEN ALLOWED.I DO NOT FEEL HE MADE AN EFFORT IN MY CASE AT ALL.SO MANY PEOPLE WERE SHOCKED AT THE WAY IT TURNED OUT NOT ONLY DID I GET STUCK WITH OVER 9000.00 IN MEDICAL BILLS BUT I ALSO GOT A BILL TO PAY THE DEFENSES LEGAL EXPENSES.SO I REALLY GOT SCREWED AND HE JUST LET IT HAPPEN.I COULD OF HAD A BETTER CHANCE WITH A 12 YEAR OLD.

Mr. Laird represented us in a major home construction dispute which raged for over three years. Although he did not specialize in construction law at the time, he did his due research and provided fantastic results. He was smart, honest, efficient (cared about what we spent), a great listener, and always respectful. He allowed us to review documents and even take a "first crack" at responses when we so desired, which he then revised. We appreciated being so involved in the process, and the "team" effort definitely paid off for us. I cannot say enough about how wonderful an attorney Mr.Laird was and how much we respect and trust him as an attorney and as a person.
