I retained Dina when I was facing class 3 and 6 felony charges. Throughout the entire process Dina consistently made sure I was aware of how my case was progressing, and exactly what I would need to do along each step of the way, although she handled all the heavy lifting. There was never a time when I didn't know what the next challenges would be, and she made sure I understood how important (or not) each of them was. Throughout the time she represented me she was always the image of professionalism, and was consistently complimented by judges and court attendees for having documents prepared and submitted ahead of requirement. She knew exactly when to speak and what to say to make the judges happy and keep them that way (and we all know that happy judges give better verdicts, or at least mine did). Dina was able to negotiate for a plea deal better than I could have dreamed of, having the class 3 felony dropped and the class 6 to be knocked down to a class 1 misdemeanor after 2 years of probation. According to several other attorneys, this deal should not have been obtainable, but because of her good relationships with the judges and prosecutors she was able to arrange for a vary favorable plea agreement for me. Dina was absolutely amazing, and if anyone I know has problems in the future, I know who I will tell them to call.

I received a DUI in 2014 and hired James Charnesky and Dina Dieglio to help me. Her team was very qualified, timely, and effective. Not only did I win at the ADOT hearing, but they also got the prosecution to dismiss my DUI! I couldn't be happier with this firm. After meeting with four different attorneys, I'm so glad that I went with Charnesky & Dieglio. Thank you!

If encountering a DUI in Tucson, AZ. I would most highly recommend Dina Dieglio. I was new to the area and Mrs. Dieglio went out of her way to be more than just helpful with not only the laws here but with also with my circumstances. She explained to me in detail what exactly my options were and she was very honest and realistic. If you need DUI help I would recommend at minimum reaching out to her firm before making any commitments elsewhere. Honesty is always first priority!!!

Dina is a wonderful attorney. I was in a real tricky situation with a misdemeanor charge on a technicality. Dina listened to me explain the situation. She got me in right away. She helped me feel confident in her ability to take on the justice system to get me the best outcome.
Dina was amazing and got me out of trouble! She is responsive, efficient and effective. Thank you Dina. I hope I stay out of trouble, but it's nice to know you are there if I need you!

After my father got himself into a bit of trouble, it was my job to find him representation and I have to assume someone was looking out for him, because Dina is the lawyer I picked, and she was amazing. She was always very upfront and honest about what the situation was and what the potential outcomes would be based on what path my father decided to take. She always gave us very realistic expectations, and was incredibly hard working and patient. She, and Theresa, were always ready to answer any questions, explain any legal document, and keep us abreast of any new development. Dina is so good, that when I went to tell her of a new development in my father's case, not only was she already aware of the situation, but the necessary paperwork had already been filed.
I can't recommend her enough. Getting into legal trouble is stressful enough. Having a lawyer who is not only good at her job, but also has the people skills needed to keep her clients from feeling like their lives are over makes all the difference in the world.

I made a huge mistake at the beginning of this year and I needed to find a criminal defense attorney. My anxiety levels were through the roof with worries about my career and future. After consulting with 6 lawyers that anxiety didn't go down at all.
Luckily my 7th consultation was with Dina. Immediately I felt much more at ease about what the outcome could be (While still being completely realistic) based on the actual facts of the case and my history, opposed to others who just read what the minimum and maximum sentences could be. I accepted full responsibility for my actions, Dina understood this and worked diligently during the pre-trial process to get a result that was as good as I could've hoped for.
Her fee was extremely reasonable and I couldn't be any happier with the results.

After being pulled over and charged with extreme D.U.I. I felt I was doomed. I was in fear of losing my job and going to jail. Dina took my case and right away I knew I was in good hands. I never had any problems contacting her with questions I had. I was always kept informed of what was happening during the whole legal process.
After reviewing all of the information from the police report and interviewing the arresting officer, Dina found that there was some potential for us to argue the legality of the stop by the officer. Dina moved to have a hearing before the judge to challenge the legality of the stop. It seemed a slim chance, but due to her thorough preparation and excellent presentation in front of the judge, police officer, and prosecuting attorneys the judge decided in our favor. My D.U.I.case was dismissed! Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner!
Dina didn't stop there though. We still had to deal with the dreaded Motor Vehicle Division. With a phone call she was able to ensure that the suspension was removed from my driving record. Try that on your own, or through the public defenders office!!
The very reasonable fee was money well spent

I was in Tucson, AZ from Sacramento, CA for a funeral. I had driven all night after work to make it on-time. Following the services, my sister, brother-in-law and I spent five hours at dinner reminiscing. When I left dinner I was exhausted and drove directly to my hotel. En route, I rolled through a stop sign and was pulled over by a City of Tucson DUI officer. My exhaustion and lack of sleep demonstrated signs of intoxication when issued a number of sobriety tests and therefore I was issued citations for DUI and running a stop sign. Following my arrest, I was subjected to a mandatory breathe test which was well below the Arizona legal limit. Needless to say, the burden of defending my innocence was no longer in the hands of law enforcement.
I interviewed three lawyers by telephone once I returned to California. Each responded professionally and promptly to my questions. I chose to work with Dina for four reasons. First, she thoroughly understood my situation based on her personal experience. Second, she gave me no false hopes when describing how my case could proceed. Third, she had resources (close working associates, e.g. assistant(s), other associate lawyers, etc.) immediately available. Four, her fee was quite reasonable.
Once we contracted, she and her assistant went right to work. I was constantly informed of progress through emails, AND, most importantly, personal phone calls.
Dina was successful in getting both the DUI and stop sign violation dismissed which was unexpected and overwhelmingly appreciated.
I highly recommend Dina as her demeanor and work ethic are what you would expect from a professional lawyer.

Dina and her office were amazing to work with. They were there for me every step of the way. They can me hope, but not false hope. I eneded up getting my DUI dissmissed and they are still there for me. I really recommend Dina to everyone. Even if my case was not dismissed, they were just really great to work with. I remember when I was going through a hard time - Dina had some very nice words that helped get me through it. I am not an easy client- I am needy, ask a lot of questions and they helped me through it all. Thank YouDina and Theresa too!
