About me

Brian is an award winning trial advocate. He has had a passion for trial advocacy for many years. He spent over seven years doing mock trials before becoming a lawyer. He has won numerous awards for his trial advocacy abilities, including the William T. Birmingham award for Outstanding Trial Advocacy. This award is presented each year to the top trial advocate in the University of Arizona Law School's graduation class. Now Brian uses his trial advocacy skills to help people who have been injured or have been accused of crimes.

Brian is a member of the American Association for Justice, Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice, Arizona Association for Justice, and the Pima County Bar Association. Outside of law, he serves as a board member for Therapeutic Riding of Tucson (TROT).

Brian serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Arizona Law School. He teaches the National Trial Competition - a course that takes the top 8 oral advocates at the school and prepares them to compete in the nation's most prestiguous trial competition.

In addition to his work as an attornay, Brian also serves as an expert witness in computer related cases. Brian's extensive background in the Information Technology field allows him to consult with attorneys in computer crime, cyber stalking, and cyber harassment cases.

  • Corey Wlodarczyk

I have known Brian for over 10 years. Through college and law school he has always been an incredibly hard working and knowledgeable person and attorney. He works hard for his clients to ensure that their interests are always well-represented. Those facing criminal charges can never go wrong by seeking his counsel.
