Mr. Brnilovich has represented scores of clients in a wide variety of lawsuits in state and federal court such as vehicle and equipment financing, engineering and architectural disputes, illegal subdivisions, flooding and drainage issues. He has tried cases involving Will contests, trust disputes, misrepresentation and fraud, trade name infringement; non-compete agreements, franchises and distributorships.
Many long term clients first came to Dave for a one hour consultation. Often, the person’s issues were resolved with common sense advice during that initial meeting. Frequently, those same people have returned to Mr. Brnilovich or have referred others to him years later with more complex business or personal issues that required arbitration or a lawsuit. Such long-term relationships have made him a common fixture in the West Valley.
