Took the retainer then filed an incomplete bankruptcy and Keist's firm lied about amendment

We paid the retainer and provided his firm all the financial information, but the bankruptcy petition he filed contained less than half of our creditors, left the statement of intention blank. After multiple phone calls and emails the office staff said they would pull the file of the amendment to make sure the corrections were added. They never sent me a complete copy of the petition, and on my own initiative, I accessed our case through PACER and discovered nothing was done to correct the deficiencies. Several phone calls were answered by staff making excuses why the person I needed to speak with was not available. They never did call me back. I filed a complaint letter with the US Trustee, and she has sent a letter to Mr. Keist asking him to respond to my allegations. We also believe Mr. Keist could have done more to help us avoid having our house sold at Trustee Auction only a week before I was due to receive a pension payout which could have reinstated our loan. An investor bought our house at the auction and resold the house a month later for $90k profit, and there went our equity.
