Im so thankful for hiring the perfect attorney to handle my complicated relocation case. When I hired Mr. Sampair he was totally honest to me about how complicated relocation cases are. I knew in the back of my mind the risk I was taking , but I knew I had found the most knowledgeable, and honest attorney for my case. Throughout my whole case Mr. Sampair always kept me inform. Thanks to Mr. Sampair we won our relocation trial. I wish I could thank him every day for keeping my family together.
The Sampair Group did an amazing job with my case. Being a new resident to Arizona with no Family, Friends or support system here. Going through divorce with child custody has been the most challenging and scary chapter of my life. The Sampair Group did a great job in dealing with my case and keeping me as worry free as possible. I appreciate how they comunicated with me and listened to my wants and needs. I Highly recommend them.
Patrick helped me with child support and spousal support enforcement. I could not have done it myself. He was in control and handled everything professionally in court. I got what I was owed thanks to Patrick Sampair.
Had a simple divorce and their office did nothing but let me down over and over
Talked me into settlement and never got full disclosure from the other party
Stay away from them plus Rick the office manager in Glendale is the biggest prick you will ever meet
He does nothing for you and talks down to paying clients
I have had an excellent experience with this attorney. He is always available for any question or concerns I may have. He uses his experience to let me know what to expect and guides me through the process. He has handled all my issues with aplomb. Litigation is expensive in general but his firms billing of my case is well documented and treated with common sense. I would recommend this attorney to anyone seeking counsel in family law. It was a huge weight off my shoulders to have someone so obviously competent and dedicated on my side.
After doing research online I came across a lot of Mr. Sampairs good reviews and then I decided to call his office, I was offer a consultation right away for free. After meeting with him I realized why he has really high ratings. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and to the point. His attorneys fees are very reasonable. The Sampair group is outstanding.
In my case the mother of my children had taken the kids out of state without my permission or knowledge of where they had gone. Once we finally located the children, The Sampair Group helped me obtain my rights back as the father of my children. My children now live back in Arizona and I have a great relationship with them and I have my visitation rights back. So as a father I highly recommend Patrick. Fathers have the same rights mother do..
Patrick is an excellent attorney; I couldn't be more pleased with his work on my case. In the six months he worked on my divorce case he was very efficient, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and always kept me updated on what was going on week by week. Patrick is a very honest attorney. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.
Regarding my divorce I had a great experience with the Sampair Group. What I liked most was their knowledge, experience and professionalism. Any inquiries I had for them were always answered in a timely manner. They help me feel secure in the sense that I was going to be treated fairly and that all my needs and concerns would be addressed. Thank you Sampair Group for helping me in my most difficult time.

I sent a message through the Sampair Law Groups web page asking someone to call me for a consultation. Before scheduling time to take off work and drag my children out to their office ALL I wanted to know was if one of the attorneys in their firm would even have the availability on their calender to properly represent me with a temporary orders trial that was schedule in less than thirty days.
Shorty after I sent the message via their webpage -I was contacted by a woman who told me that she could not even tell me if they had the availability to take my case until I came into their office. I let her know that I would try to send Mr Sampair an Email considering the fact I was referred to him by a close family friend . So when I was not able to locate an email I called the firm again to speak to an older man who claimed he was the office manager. He spoke to me like I was a Child I told him that all I am looking to know before I waste my time or their attorneys time coming in for a consultation was if they even had the availability given such a short notice - he refused to answer my question said he was not interested in my case or scheduling me a consultation with the lawyers of his firm because he did not like my attitude. Instead of simplty telling me he understood my concern and that many people call in with short notice herrings - he went to the extent to belittle me telling me "you think your know whats going on in your case - you dont have a damn clue whats going on in your own case" he told me that he had reviewed the minute entries on dockett and that the Judge will never have a temporary orders herring and my final trial in Feb although it was clearly scheduled that was on the case calender.he went on to say; "and your not the only one who chooses to hire an attorney after self representing and realizing the'yre in over their head" and then he told me he was hanging up and not to call back!
Any smart person would ask if the attorneys knew how his office reps were handling thier client or "potential" clients and so I asked the very rude man on the phone and he said YES that Mr. Sampair was aware of how they were handling their clients and I was hung up on!
I will not sit here and say one way or the other to do or not to do business with this firm but I am posting this review in hopes that the attorneys will read this and correct the behaviors of their employees and possibly make right of the way I have been handled by their firm. I am just a human being seeking assistance just like the rest of the people who call their firm. I even explained to them that I had interviewed 6 attorneys by which three I would have hired had they had the availability to physically be there to represent me and they did not care- they insisted on treating me like I didnt belong and had no right to ask questions.
When you are in a family law litigation with a 4 month old child involved and you have 30 days to hire an attorney you are pressed and nothing else matters but making that one right decision- I would not say that the Sampair Law Grop cared or was willing to be of any assistance.
