To purge means to clear your record from a charge. Based on the above they are taking the charge form your record. I would talk to the school or the who gives you the license to make sure that this would not prevent you from being licensed.

Your mother needs to seek the advice of an attorney. She can request that the court change custody and your live primarily. Here is a blog that I wrote on the topic.http://jessicacotterlaw.blogspot.com/2013/11/if-situations-change-after-you-are.html

I recommend that your mother consults an experienced family law attorney in your area.

  • What papers would I need to file to show this is my daughter residence?

Long story short I allowed my daughter to go on vacation to see my brother and he petitioned to get guardianship of my daughter. He has no legal rights to her and i am the custodial parent. He lives in Wisconsin and I reside in Arizona.

    Jessica’s Answer

You would need to contact an attorney in Wisconsin to find out what they require to show that you are the parent and the child resides in Arizona. I would suggest if the child has been enrolled in school you can use the school records or medical or shot records for the child's doctor. If the child is in daycare you could also use those records. If she is enrolled in access or any other state insurance plan to show that is in the state of Arizona.
I highly recommend contacting an experienced attorney in Arizona.

    Jessica’s Answer

If you both have an order of protection that keeps both of you out the house then neither of you can use the home because you are both ordered not to be there without violating the order. You can gain access through the dissolution proceeding. I would recommend that you seek a consultation with an experienced family law attorney in your area to see what your legal rights are.

It depends are where the 27 years was spent. In the state of Arizona there is no common law marriage. If you came from another state and you meet that state's requirements then then marriage is recognized in the state of Arizona. The averaged divorce cost in the phoenix area can range from $5,000.00 to $30,000.00 depending on the complexity of the case.

I highly recommend that you have a consultation with an experienced family law attorney in your area.

In the state of Arizona there is no longer Custody as of January 2013. There is now legal decision making. Please see the following blog that explains the law.
    http://jessicacotterlaw.blogspot.com/2013/01/new-year-new-law.html

Now if there is already orders in place the following two blogs explain how to change the legal decision making/ custody and parenting time.
