Outcome: I won both times. The court gave Father custody of his children and admonished Mother for her behavior, and kept the custody with Father three years later.
Description: Mother had custody of children but let her boyfriend take over parenting responsibilities. I represented the father in a custody action, trying to get the court to give him custody of the children. We had to go back to court three years later when Mother tried to get custody back.
