William is an Arizona native, born and raised in Mesa, Arizona, having attended Westwood High School and Arizona State University. William is married to the former Kristy Dennison. Following high school, William served as a missionary for the LDS Church in Rostov-Na-Donu, Russia. Upon return from his service as a missionary William completed his formal education. While attending ASU as an undergraduate William was selected by Prof. Pat McGowan to be a Junior Fellow in the Political Science Department. While a Junior Fellow, William assisted Prof. McGowan by collecting data on military coup d'états in Sub-Saharan Africa. William graduated cum laude from ASU with a degree in Justice Studies and minor in Political Science. William attended Mississippi College in Jackson, MS on a scholarship for his first year of law school. While attending Mississippi College he received the highest overall grade in his Torts class. Following the first year of law school William transferred back to ASU to complete his law degree.
William opened his own practice in 2007 and concentrates in creditor's rights law and in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy representation of creditors and consumers. In keeping with a client-centered philosophy, William provides prompt and professional legal services, with personal attention, and excellent communication to every client, all while keeping the rates of representation low.
When William is not spending time with his wife and children he is an avid player of airsoft and enjoys reading about contemporary military history.
