Description: My client's home was foreclosed on and sold at trustee's sale for an unreasonably low amount. This deprived her of any equity in excess of the loan amount being paid back to her. I took this case all the way to the Arizona Supreme Court and the Court decided in my client's favor. They determined that the sales price was grossly inadequate and that a trustee's sale could be reversed on that basis alone. This was the first time the Arizona Supreme Court allowed this remedy of grossly inadequate sales price in a trustee's sale.
