Elley Law PLC maintains a general practice with an emphasis on civil litigation, real estate, and business law. Richard is a licensed member of the State Bar of Arizona and is admitted to practice in all state courts in Arizona, the United States District Court of Arizona, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Richard began his career in law with the Northrop Grumman Corporation where he gained hands-on experience with multi-billion dollar contracts and contract negotiation. After leaving Northrop, he completed an internship at Maxey Law Office in Spokane, Washington, focusing on litigation in family, criminal, and personal injury law.
Richard received his Doctorate in Jurisprudence from Gonzaga University School of Law where he was awarded the Excellence in Business Anti-Trust CALI award and graduated with the honor of Cum Laude. Additionally, Richard is a multi-state licensed loan originator and has over a decade of experience in real estate finance and lending.
