If you have collision coverage you can file a claim with your own insurance and have your vehicle repaired. Your insurance company will then go through the subrogation process with the other insurance company to recover what it paid out to fix your vehicle. It appears liability is clear (i.e. you were hit while waiting at a stop sign) and if you don't have collision coverage you're going to have to push the other driver's insurance company to accept liability and fix your vehicle. Though,...

Yes, you can be charged with a criminal offense. The assault and disorderly conduct statutes in Arizona are broad and cover a wide range of conduct. I would recommend consulting with an experienced criminal defense attorney. You can try Edward Lewis in Tucson at 520-366-2048.

DUI penalties in Arizona are harsh with mandatory jail and in some cases prison incarceration. There's also large fines, ramifications to your driver's license and a conviction can impact your employment. The fact that your daughter was stopped twice for DUI may expose her to enhanced penalties. She could also face a separate offense for the marijuana. I highly recommend consulting with an experienced DUI and criminal defense attorney. I provide free initial consultations and can be reached at...

The police likely won't issue an accident report because the accident happened on private property. However, you can request that the police generate an incident report number for you. By both reporting the accident to the police and having an incident report number generated, it will help when setting up a claim with the insurance company for your property damage. You may...
