Tom grew up in Mesa, then joined the military "to jump out of airplanes". Tom was a medic in the 82nd Airborne, US Army from 1987 to 1990, and again in 1991at Fort Letterman Army Medical Center during the Persian Gulf War. Tom then joined the Navy Reserve, where he was assigned to a Marine Corps Company as a Corpsman. During this time Tom attended Arizona State University and graduated with a BA in English.
Tom then attended Capital University Law School on a full-ride scholarship, in part because he scored in the 95% on the LSAT. Tom was on the Dean’s list every year and he earned two concentrations, including one in Dispute Resolution. Tom is an active member of the Arizona State Bar Fee Arbitration Committee, arbitrating fee disputes between attorneys and their clients.
After law school, Tom worked as a prosecutor before going into private practice. In 2008 Tom and William Fife decided to create a firm that honored the practice of law as a customer service profession. More than just providing advice and representation, Tom and Will believe that their clients have the right to expect access and communication from their attorneys.
As Mesa Arizona Bankruptcy Attorneys, Tom And Will help the people of Arizona through their financial and legal difificulties, and stand ready to help you with your case.
Tom now lives in Gilbert with his wife, Rachel, and their four children, two boys and two girls.
