My own clients' funds were always fully secure... more I self-reported to the bar after my CPA alerted me that my then partner's trust accounting practices weren't in technical compliance with bar standards. My own clients' funds were always fully secure and never at any risk. I was a co-signer on the account with him so we were both sanctioned. I immediately separated from him, dissolved the partnership and started McKindles Law Firm, PLLC. The censure (reprimand) I received is the lowest level of discipline that the bar publishes. less
