Jon is an awesome attorney He helped me out so much with my DUI case I was looking at quit of bit of jail time and other things such as classes and interlock devices with suspended license He got my case thrown out by challenging the stop. From first meeting he makes you feel a lot more comfortable about going to court With Jon, you know you have someone in your corner that will do everything in his power to get your life back to normal, and the absolute best deal possible. Mr. Martinez was a true delight to work with, and I’m lucky to have found him when I did. I was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and assigned a public defender that advised me to take a plea that would send me to prison for 5 years. Before going any further, I found Mr. Martinez and spoke with him about my situation, and was lucky enough to have him take my case. I felt like Mr. Martinez really cared about my well being and my case, and I could see that he was going to do anything in his power to help.
