The bulk of my practice is centered around criminal defense and personal injury cases.
In my criminal defense work I handle all types of cases including, but not limited to: DUI, traffic offenses, reckless driving, hit and run, domestic violence, serious crimes including violent offenses, drive by shootings, aggravated assaults, drug possession and sale, theft cases. I have appeared in numerous courts across the state, as well as in federal court.
As an avid and competitive cyclist and triathlete, I focus on personal injury cases for athletes injured while racing or training. While that is the majority of my personal injury case work, I also handle other personal injury cases such as well.
I also handle general civil litigation and real estate matters. From breach of contracts, to assisting in developing and selling multi-million dollar properties, I can assist you.
On a personal note, I am a third generation Phoenician who is proud to call Phoenix my home. I live in Phoenix with my wife and two sons.

Glenn is an experienced litigator who I have had the pleasure of working against when I was a prosecutor. His knowledge of the law and presentation to a jury is second to none. His professionalism makes him well liked in the legal community by judges and prosecutors, which is a benefit to any client he represents. I highly endorse Mr. Allen.
