Alicia helped us with my immigration process. Starting from the appointment schedule sometimes she herself would answer the phone instead of the receptionist. Then the time she spends on listening to your case and opinions is more than you imagine. She takes all the details and remembers about it. The way she explains makes it easy to understand instead of sticking to the Lawyer vocabulary were you would say yes and go home and have no clue of what just happened. She has a busy schedule but when she's on your case she's only into yours. Easy to reach by phone or email for any questions. Even if she has a load of cases she manage to answer your doubts. My husband and I thank her so much for all the nice treatment and making our case look easier by explaining it better than what other people would say from their experiences. Totally recommended

My husband applied in Jan 2014 and By Nov 2014 we had our appt to go to juarez, chihuahua for the interview for the I601 Waiver ,our process was so smooth and everything went very good and so ooo fast ! We honestly didn't expect everything to happen as fast as it did, she went above and beyond to get our application approved! I recommend alicia to anyone alot of my family and friends have all taken thier case with her and to thier suprise she has to delivered to them all everytime . Alicia, works hard on your case and will tell you what's best for you , her prices are awesome and affordable , without the payment plan we were offered we would have never been able to do this , thank you alicia so much we will see you again when it's time for the hubby to get his citizenship!!
You have truly turned our life around .No more living in fear of deportation and No more hearing my babies cry at night afraid that thier father may not come home one day !!
I recommend ALICIA HEFLIN because she in honestly the BEST Immigration lawyer in AZ, before her we went to alot of popular lawyers we had some real bad experiences, rude and cocky lawyers .That pretty much didnt even care to listen to our case.We had doors shut , and alot of them assured us that my husband would not be able to get his papers. Not one of those lawyer's gave me that gut instinct that said they were the ones !
With alicia it was almost that instant connection from the day we shook her hand and met her we could tell she was the one.Alicia is a honest trustworthy lawyer and really goes above and beyond to get your case where it needs to be
THANK YOU ALICIA WE LOVE YOU !!!

I found her honestly by a blessing, when I began to look for a lawyer I Googled and came upon so many different type of lawyers. I called and set appointments some where all about money didn't even know anything about my case and just basically told me that they could help me with out knowing nothing about me or my case. I finally made a appointment with Alicia Heflin and she took the time to listen took notes and gave me professional advice and great feed back. She explained what was the procedure what to expect and what was expected from me. Took the time to answer and questions and concerns I had. She was always on time in our appointments, her office was always clean and everyone's service was very helpful and polite (which is rare I found that a lot of the front desk associates were very rude and not helpful) I am very busy and she did an incredible job she went up and beyond to make sure I was up to date with my own case everything was completed on time do to her keeping everything organized and current. She is very flexible and understanding and so very helpful, I will definitely recommend her and use her services again. I would also take the time to thank her for her great service and passion because she has truly help me be able to change me life and for that no money could pay her.

My wife and I recently retained Alicia to help with my wife's citizenship application and interview. My wife has been in the United States for 8 years and we have experienced many problems with USCIS. They have treated us very unfairly from day one. When we went for my wife's green card appointment, we were essentially interrogated for more than 8 hours. We were not allowed to break for lunch or have anything other than an occasional water to drink. We decided to retain the services of Alicia after seeing her sterling reputation online. Not only did Alicia treat us like a top priority, she was very sweet and reassuring. My wife spent about 25 minutes for her citizenship interview and was APPROVED! We later bumped into Alicia during my wife's naturalization ceremony. We are extremely grateful to Alicia and cannot recommend her services enough!

My wife and I found it was necessary to remove our granddaughter from her mother's custody. Her father passed away when she was 12, and her mother had issues with substance abuse. We tried to get custody at that time however the Children's Aid Society in Ontario determined that she would be better off with her mother even though her father had a court order restricting the mother to supervised visits. After 4 years of trying to get her a passport so that she could visit with us we finally were able to take our granddaughter to Disneyland, Universal Studios and Sea World. We had to return her home after two weeks. During this time we recognized just how bad a state she was in - she even called her mother's drug dealer in our presence to ask him to get drugs for her mother - she was totally spaced out and hallucinating.
After returning her back home we kept in close contact, letting her know how she was loved and that she was worth helping. She finally agreed to come and live with us. I went back to Canada, had her mother served with a custody agreement and finally convinced her mother to sign the agreement as it was in the best interest of her daughter. Since Childrens' Aid turned children away at 16 and the Ontario government allowed 16 year old children to live on their own it was obvious to her that our granddaughter was leaving her home.
At the time we had just filed for our citizenship. Unfortunately once children are over 16 they cannot be adopted and sponsored by family members. We were able to bring our granddaughter into the US on a 6 month visitor visa (thanks to some excellent agents at the border in International Falls, MN) and then extend that by getting her a student visa. It was while she was with us that we found that our granddaughter was engaging in self-harm (cutting) and was extremely depressed. What kid would not be given all of the trauma in her life.
We were finally fortunate to find Alicia - she found a way to get our granddaughter through the system and expedite the green card process. Less than six months after we started our granddaughter received her green card. After a year and a half of counselling and psychiatric help and excellent support from her teachers our granddaughter no longer has thoughts of hurting herself, has recognized that she is important, and has an opportunity to build herself a new life in the United States.
We owe Alicia a big thanks for all she has done. She comes highly recommended. I would give her 6 stars if that were possible,

I used Alicia to achieve my residency in the US (I am from England). Her support and knowledge was second to none, and made the process a smooth one. I was going through a divorce at the time, and the future seemed unclear to me at that point. Alicia guided me through, was patient, and now I have my residency. I appreciate everything she did for me.
I would recommend her to anyone who needs a reasonably priced lawyer with outstanding knowledge and results.

We are so glad to have found Alicia, our Green Card process would not have been so successful without her. She gave us very good advice and were with us during every step of the way, she went over and above her duties to make sure all of our questions were answered. She is extremely good at what she does and anybody using her services will not be disappointed.

I don't have words to say how lucky I am to have had Alicia by my side during my green card case. I cannot stress enough what a blessing she has been to me. From day one everything went beyond my expectations and I still remember walking in to her office all scared and worried about my immigration case. Trust me or not, within 5 min I knew she is the only one who is going to be able to help me through my case. She knew about my financial situation and arranged a very good payment plan ,with which I was absolutely comfortable. I actually did not feel a burden of the payments as they were very easy to make.
She was always available on the email or phone and I always received the answers to all the questions I asked her within an hour most of the time . To be honest I felt like I am bugging her with the same questions that I would ask for which she has already spoken to me about but never once did she make me feel that I am being silly and asking the same questions. I just know that she made me feel comfortable at every step of the process and it came to a point where I felt comforted about my case just by her emails or when she would talk to me and let me know that everything is going to be ok and that I am not in this alone. I don't know how to say this but there was a time I could not sleep or eat due to my worries and every time I would let her know and ask her about questions which may have been answered by her before .Everytime she would let me know the facts about my case very patiently and will make me feel that all is going to be ok.
She knew exactly what she is talking about and doing and was always up to date with all the laws.
She is sweet, humble and very understanding.
Would I recommend her to anyone? Oh Yeah.... I would a million times if I can . She is the best person who can handle your case and get a success even if it seems impossible.
Alicia you are the best and I want to thank you a ton for everything that you have done for me. My family smiles today because of you and I will always be greatful and thankful to you. God bless you Alicia :)
