Before entering private practice, Mr. Benedetto served as a judicial clerk to the current Chief Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court, Rebecca White Berch. He is a cum laude graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he was a member of the Arizona State Law Journal, an inductee into the Order of the Barristers Moot Court Honor Society, a Rule 38 prosecutor for the City of Phoenix, and a court-appointed mediator in the Maricopa County justice court system.
Mr. Benedetto focuses his practice on criminal defense, constitutional litigation, and complex civil litigation.
