Jared is more like a friend than like a Lawyer. He is hands on and available to talk to or by email all the time. That includes weekends. He is very knowledgeable and assertive. During my interview the officer said that she could not approve my case since my medical was old and Jared pointed to the rule that the medical is valid as long as the case is pending. That did it, she verified it with her superviser and approved my Green Card. If it had not been for Jared I would still be waiting for my Green Card. I highly recommend Jared to be anybody's immigration attorney.

Jared helped me get a green card through the EB -5 category (which is not an easy process) in record time. He was very knowledgeable about the process and very helpful in helping me make an informed investment choice. He always kept me informed and was extremely responsive to any requests that I had. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

I met Jared approx 2 years ago when I initiated my immigration process . I am a Canadian citizen with no degree which makes it difficult to get an e2 status ( to live and work in USA).

Jared helped my spouse and I with transitioning between non-immigrant visas for work and then in obtaining a green card.
