During her practice with the EEOC in Phoenix Ellen was assigned my case that took over 5 years to investigate. She was ordred by the EEOC in Washington D.C. to litigate my case. This was nott for a right to sue letter but for actuall EEOC representation. Upon initially speaking to Ms. Katz I felt uncomfortable with her representing me. I requested a new attornwey and she replied saying; No, you are stuck with me. Eventually she destroyes the case and litigation proceedings never happened. I was a young man then and didn't understand my rights. I later learned from the EEOC that I had every right to request and receive a change in attorneys.
