I had the distinct privilege of having Roya as my immigration lawyer. She was extremely professional with me and my family. She was very determined to achieve the goal we initially pursued. She was very sincere when clarifying our doubts and was always able to visit with us when we needed. I did have a great experience with her and I definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to have a responsible, dedicated, and trustful immigration lawyer!

Roya is an excellent attorney. After having an attorney no longer being able to represent me, I decided to hire Roya to take my immigration case. This was the best decision I could ever make. She immediately submitted the required paperwork to get my change of status and within 5 months I was a permanent resident. She is very knowledgeable and was very helpful throughout my immigration process. She always responded to any questions or concerns I had in a promptly and friendly manner. Roya is a very trustworthy and dedicated attorney. I did not see results with other lawyers, but with Roya I saw immediate results. Even after the case was resolved, she is still available to help me with anything I need. For all these reasons , I am very grateful and blessed to have had such an amazing lawyer represent me. I would definitely recommend Roya to anyone who needs a strong immigration attorney. Thank you Roya!

I confess… we initially thought this was a process we could do on our own. After gathering all the information needed, and hours of aggravation (mostly spent trying to decipher the instructions), I threw up my hands and (nearly in tears) asked my husband to find a lawyer. In September of 2014, my husband and I brought our MANY immigration forms to Roya, looking for guidance on an application for Adjustment of Status. Roya graciously took our case and I couldn’t be more pleased with the journey, nor the outcome! Just yesterday, my husband and I received official letters that the application was APPROVED and my husband’s green card should arrive shortly. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience with Roya was! She is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, proactive, efficient, and easily accessible. She answered our (many) questions, put me at ease (not an easy feat), and lifted the weight of this process off our shoulders. From submission to approval, it took exactly 5 months, 1 day. We’ll be back in 21 months to lift the restrictions. Undoubtedly, the BEST!

Roya helped me apply and attain my Deffered Action. Without her help and all the information she provided for my parents and me I wouldn't be standing where I am today. I would highly recommend Roya's services to anyone in search of an Immigration Lawyer. Until this day she still answers to all my questions on other Immigration Issues. I was very fortunate to have had such knowledgeable and supportive lawyer as Roya. Thank you Roya, for the help that you have provided for me and my family.
