Two years ago I was dealing with some pretty serious drug related charges, five felonies to be precise. My mom knew Adam from her work, and suggested I go to him. I hired Adam Feldman to defend me in court, and was not disappointed. Adam kept me confident, and my nerves at ease, by keeping me informed and being available for me to contact him.
As a former prosecutor for Maricopa County, Adam was very knowledgeable about what to expect from the prosecutors, and the DA, but probably just as important Adam knew these prosecutors and judges. These relationships tend to go a long way in the courts. With Adam’s help I was able to get a plea bargain that left me with a class 6 undesignated felony (which later was designated a misdemeanor), one year of probation, and 360 hours of community service; which is pretty good considering I could have spent 15 years in prison if I lost this case. Instead I’m getting ready to graduate from a four-year university with a degree in Finance this semester.
Over a year after the case was closed, Adam is still helping me get my civil rights reinstated and to get my record expunged.
I am very glad I hired Adam Feldman on this case, and would recommend him to anyone needing a defense attorney. This guy pretty much saved my life.
Mr.Feldman was amazing. He was so helpful through the whole process and when I had questions he had answers. I had heard things about needing a attorney or not from people with a similar situation as I had. I had never needed attorney before this but Adam reassured my concerns with his help, guidance and knowledge which made me feel at ease given the circumstances on our meeting. Overall if anyone asked if I knew of a good lawyer I would give them his contact information in a heartbeat.
I can not thank him enough for all of his help and really making me feel that I was not in the dark by having answers to my concerns. Overall highly recommended and if I ever in any need I know exactly who I would call no questions asked!!
Let me start off by saying that I found myself in a situation that I never thought I would find myself in. What I thought would be a thoughtful thing to do ended up being a nightmare that began to ruin my life. I ended up in jail and had 5 charges against me. Count 1: Aggravated Assault-class 3 felony, Count 2: Criminal Damage-class 6 felony, Count 3: Criminal Damage- class 2 misdemeanor, Count 4: Hit and Run w/ Injury-class 5 felony, and Count 5: Theft-class 6 felony. I was facing a mandatory prison sentence of 7 years just for count 1 and up to 15 years in prison including all 5 counts. Needless to say I believed my life was ruined. I had just gotten my degree in the medical field and I had goals for the future but with this on my record I knew it was never going to happen especially with my fingerprint clearance card being suspended. I spoke to a couple lawyers and I was dissatisfied with all of them. To me they didn't seem like they were going to be aggressive/experienced enough for my case. I prayed and stumbled upon Adams name so I figured I would get a consult from him. Obviously I chose him! He was always available to answer my questions and meet with me if need be. He was always straight forward with me and let know what was going on good or bad. He was even caring enough to correct me when I was doing things that could potentially hurt my case. Some lawyers don't care they are just in it for the money. Speaking of that, you have to spend a bit to get Adam as your lawyer but he works with you and gives kind reminders if you're falling behind with payment. He also doesn't expect you to pay him before the case is over which is definitely a good thing if you have other responsibilities. Anyway, during the whole thing he kept me informed. He informed me of any plea offers and played out the pros and con's of accepting one. I declined the plea deal because I wanted to fight for my innocence and Adam was ready to get in the ring for me. That's good because some lawyers just push and push you to plea out even when you have the potential to win or get something better. I know you're wondering how trial went and how well he performed? Let me say the prosecutor was a bi**h from hell. I wish i could describe her better. She tried to find any little piece of evidence to screw my life over. That being said, Adam nailed it! I was completely impressed. He owned his nickname 'Pitbull!' He did the necessary investigation and spoke to the parties involved and got as much information as possible to defend me. The verdict came back not guilty on all counts!
Now something that made me a little unsure about my case was to me before trial Adam seemed very chill and layed back while I was bugging out. Honestly it made me doubt him a little but he completely put my mind at ease day 1 of trial. Side note if you have cops involved like I did, he'll slay them. Anyway, honestly I could go and on because there was a lot of craziness that went on but I hope what I did write helps you in making your decision. If you choose not to choose Adam, I hope the defense you find helps you. If you do choose Adam, don't just sit back and do nothing, work with him and let him defend you!
Sorry I know this isn't very proper but I feel I need to say this. I am black, so if you are a person of color, you know how AZ is with us at times especially when it comes to cops and court. With that being said Adams got your back. My record is clean! I definitely thank God for Adam Feldman! Thanks again Adam...seriously!
Mr. Feldman represented me in my 1st DUI case. I had no clue how this process worked. Mr Feldman explained the in's and out's of a DUI, he kept constant contact with me and made sure I was aware of what was going on. Mr. Feldman reduced my DUI to a reckless. I am thankful and appreciative of all the hard work Mr. Feldman put into my case. I highly recommend Mr. Feldman. AWESOME ATTORNEY!!!!!
My husband and I do not live in Arizona yet we needed an attorney in the Phoenix are and we needed one quickly! We searched on AVVO and after reading all of the great reviews on Adam, I gave him a call. Within one day of hiring him, my husband's warrant for Felony posession was quashed! This past monday, Adam informed us that all of the charges were dropped and the case were dismissed!! He kept in full contact with us along the way, never hesitating to answer any and all questions I had. We have used other lawyers in the past, paying a small fee and we were promised so much from them, however, in the end we ended up paying double and sometimes more after all of the costs. Adam gave us his fee and we never paid a penny more! I wish he lived in Missouri because we would use him ALL of the time and recommend him to anyone and everyone!!
Adam took complete control over my case, with a sense of overpowering confidence that left me feeling, for the most part, worry free throughout the process. I was facing several charges, including extreme DUI, which would result in thousands of dollars of fines and a minimum of 30 days in Tent City. I had also been recently accepted into graduate school and was at risk for having my acceptance revoked. My case spanned over the course of about 8 months, but Adam was able to negotiate a plea deal of all charges being dropped and the extreme DUI being reduced down to a charge of reckless driving--a charge with significantly fewer fines and absolutely no jail time. I am more than satisfied with my experience with Adam and The Feldman Law Firm, PLLC and would recommend his services to ANYONE facing charges of any kind, particularly those of DUI relation.
Oh man, were can I start, Adam Feldman is the type of lawyer that moves in silence but deadly in the court room, He gets right to the point, right to the facts, He is the Lebron James of lawyers, He handled my business with class and respect, He is a go getter, I was blessed to have him represent me and lucky, The state is full of tricks and lies as we all know, He saw what the state was trying to do to me, He not only gave me the knowledge to see it, but gave me the knowledge to understand it, and most importantly how to beat it, He stayed in contact with not only me but my family everyday, u want this guy by ur side cuz he has to be one of the only lawyers who dont lie in the world, lol, but he is a man of his words, You wanna win ur case? It simple get Adam Feldman or A boogie as I call him, lol. Love that guy, Cuz of him Im living the dream....Plus I was loving the face of that losing D.A when the verdict was said....Not Guilty......lol ...Got to love it...A boogie
u the best
He is professional, apparently well liked by both the prosecutors and judges (from what I gathered), and knowledgeable. He was not pompous and arrogant like most lawyers. He handled my case quickly and got a great outcome for my felony forgery case. Amazing. I will hopefully not get into trouble again, but I will only use him.
