    It appears from your comments that you have been assigned a Public Defender to assist you with your case. I suggest that you email or call them and schedule an appointment to discuss your issues.     You have been charged with Disorderly Conduct. You should get a copy of the police report to see what specifically the officer is saying you did to commit the offense. You should hire an attorney to assist you with your case.

    I agree with Paul and Cary. Don't speak with anyone. If they have evidence they will proceed. There is nothing you can tell they that will help your case.

    I don't think you need a license to buy a car. Can you have someone else co-sign at the dealer to meet their requirement?
