Todd is an attorney and founding shareholder with the law firm of Hallock & Hallock, a professional corporation. Todd serves clients throughout Utah, Idaho and Arizona and practices law in the areas of Estate Planning, Business Planning (Formation through Succession), Asset Protection, Farm & Ranch Planning, Charitable Planning, Special Needs Planning, Trust Administration and Probate. Todd is deeply committed to a relationship based approach to serving the needs of his clients. Todd believes that every client is unique with his or her own story to tell. By understanding that story, he is better able to understand the goals and objectives of his clients and develop a custom estate plan or business plan that will best serve the client and their family. Todd firmly believes in the importance of regular review and maintenance of the estate plan. It is only through regular review and maintenance that the plan will be properly funded and continue to reflect the client’s goals and objectives.
Todd is a native of Mesa, Arizona and currently resides in River Heights, Utah with his wife and law partner Sara, and their four amazing children. He obtained a degree in History from Arizona State University and received his law degree from the Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark School of Law, both with honors.
In 1996, Todd opened the Law Offices of Todd N. Hallock in Logan, Utah. In 1997 Todd’s wife, Sara Nelson Hallock, joined the practice and the firm officially became Hallock & Hallock. Prior to founding Hallock & Hallock, Todd worked for law firms in Salt Lake City, Utah and Phoenix, Arizona.
