I never met with this attorney, I did make an appointment however. Initially the person setting up the appointment was rude but eventually did make the appointment. Then I arrived at the office, a few minutes prior to the appointment time and was told "Mr. Sabey will be right out." I waited for 20 minutes and then his assistant finally came out and said there'd been a 'mix-up' and could I come back in an hour and thirty minutes; dithered a little bit and then amended that to the afternoon. I declined. She then said he had had car trouble and they were very sorry etc etc. I don't know what the problem is with this office but the 'professionals' I saw were dressed in very casual attire, which I did not expect in a lawyer's office and not such a large one especially. Obviously the communication is poor between co-workers because letting the receptionist know that this guy had a problem of some sort (I still don't buy the car trouble business) would have been more professional than waiting 20 minutes and then coming out to say he couldn't/wouldn't make the appointment. My matter was simple. My sympathies to anyone who comes with a complicated issue. And this office is not easy for handicapped individuals to use. You have to park in a parking garage and then there are only stairs to access the building or you can walk outside and around the block to get in the front of the building. The only door into the building from the ground level parking is locked from inside, probably to keep homeless from sleeping in the lobby or something. I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience and I will NOT recommend this firm to anyone.
