Anna W Drake

also known as Anna Woolley Drake

About me

For the past 17 years of my 35 years in practice, I have had a solo full-service bankruptcy and workout practice representing consumer and business Chapter 7 and 13 debtors, defending debtors in dischargeability litigation, representing family farmers in Chapter 12 and troubled businesses in Chapter 11, and representing individuals and companies in out-of-court workouts.

In addition to representing debtors, I also represent creditors in all aspects of the bankruptcy and workout practice, including filing claims, suing debtors to declare certain debts nondischargeable or to deny debtors a discharge, acting on behalf of creditors in connection with confirmation of Chapter 11, 12 and 13 plans, and representing creditors who become defendants in preference or fraudulent conveyance lawsuits.
