    Hired attorney

After struggling to find a competent lawyer who would respond seriously to my concerns I lucked out tremendously. She handled my case in an efficient professional manner and really saved my butt!

  • Shocking she is still allowed to practice law.

We just fired Staci after spending 14k for nothing. She did not return emails or phone calls and did not order a BFA for our case in a timely matter and made it impossible for our trial to move forward, She was totally obnoxious and demanded she be listened to, yet she was totally unable to listen to others. I am not sure how this level of complete incompetence is able to remain a lawyer, Also, her rates are outrageous - even for someone who does their job.

This attorney has no worth ethos what so ever. She is lazy, dishonest and bossy. When you ask her to do something for you she will simply look you in the eye, and tell you she doesn't think it's necessary !!
And if you push the matter she will threaten to quit.
When you have your consultation with her she can really talk a good game and seems very knowledgable, but as soon as she has the cash in hand, she makes it clear she will do as little as possible and charge you top dollar for her laziness !
Her conduct in my case violated so many Proffesional standards it's incredible.
And her ability to work a courtroom is just shy of a joke. After being my attorney for over a month she came to court and when asked a question by the judge she couldn't even remember my name..
She doesn't do her homework, doesn't follow through, doesn't run in paperwork on time, and is, to put it bluntly, you would be better off representing yourself than hiring this woman!

Staci Lynn Anderson’s response: “Unfortunately, it is very difficult - if not impossible - to help people who refuse to follow advice and continue to do things that make the representation even harder. I had to withdraw from this case because this {client} was abusive, unreasonable, difficult to work with, and refused to pay for the work that I had done on this case. I work very hard and get good results for my clients.”
